
INSTRUCTORS
Head Coach Jason Georgianna
Jason is the head coach of the MMA Team, and teaches Fitness, Boxing, and Jiu Jitsu classes at Art of War. Jason also offers private/small group training sessions by appointment. He has an MA in Physical Education, a Certified Functional Strength Coach Credential, a Jiu Jitsu Black belt, and almost 30 years of experience in martial arts and fitness. Jason is a professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter with a 17-10-1 combined pro-am record. He has faced some of the worlds best fighters, including UFC vets Joe Benevides, Michael MacDonald, and Ian Loveland. In addition to Jiu Jitsu, Jason has studied Wrestling, Boxing, and Muay Thai Kickboxing extensively. He has been training in martial arts since 1995.

Asa Carlile
Asa has been training at Art of War for the past decade. He holds the rank of purple belt in the Art of War MMA System, which includes extensive competition experience. He also holds a Jiu Jitsu purple belt. Asa teaches Boxing and Muay Thai classes.

Christopher San Jose
Christopher San Jose first joined Art of War under head coach Jason Georgianna in 2010. As an amateur, he achieved an impressive 6-1 record holding two titles in the bantamweight division. He is a retired professional fighter holding a record of 8-2, and is the former CageSport bantamweight champion. Chris is a Black Belt in the Art of War MMA System. In addition, Chris holds the CFSC certification (Certified Functional Strength Coach) and a Jiu Jitsu purple belt. Chris teaches Muay Thai, Fitness, and Competition Team Striking.

Morgan Fegan
Morgan Fegan has been training in the Art of War MMA system for 5 years and recently turned professional . He has 10 fights in the cage, recently won a superfight belt for FCFF, and is an MMA purple belt. He also holds a blue belt in Jiu Jitsu. Morgan teaches Intro MMA and Muay Thai.

Rob McNamee
Rob McNamee started Muay Thai training in 2009 at Cool Hearts Muay Thai in Philadelphia training under Kru Rigel Balsamico. He moved to Oregon in 2014, training with Coach Jason at Art of War and Kru Thongsai . Rob has over 20 Muay Thai fights of experience , 2 West coast regional titles under the IKF, and Pacific Northwest regional titles under USEAC.

Rachel Collins
Rachel has trained at Art of War since 2016, is a Jiu Jitsu and MMA blue belt and an active member of the MMA fight team. In 2014 she was a crisis line responder and nonprofit manager when she organized a monthly self-defense class for women's shelter residents and soon began to participate in the class herself, deciding to study to be an instructor and bring evidence-based verbal and physical self-defense training to as many women as possible. She also has 8 years of experience providing evidence based verbal and physical self defense instruction. She holds a level two instructor certification through ESD Global, and graduated from the level three Krav Maga program at RMA Martial Arts.
She is also a Certified Functional Strength Coach through CFSC and a member of the National Women's Martial Arts Federation.
Rachel teaches the fitness and womens striking classes at Art of War.

Vanessa Sexton-Martin
Vanessa teaches Jiu Jitsu classes and is a Jiu Jitsu brown belt. Vanessa is a student of the game and brings a detailed and technical teaching style to her Jiu Jitsu classes.
