PERSONAL & GROUP TRAINING
Personal training is an opportunity for you to get much more individualized instruction than is possible in group classes. You can work 1-on-1 with a trainer, bring a friend with you at no extra cost, or work in groups of 3-4 people. The sessions are tailored to your ability level, goals and interests. You can work on an aspect of martial arts; do a personalized fitness program, or both, during your training sessions. Sessions may be split up into 30 min blocks or 60 min blocks.
